    Requirements and Academic Support
    Objectives The seminar is an course for students of development and environmental economics as well as the economic examination subjects in the study of plant sciences (including International Horticulture). The students are asked to give a 15-minute lecture on a topic, which is then discussed. A certificate is issued for successful participation (term paper, lecture, regular participation in the discussion).
    Prerequisites Basic knowledge of economic sciences

    Formal guidelines Guidelines for the preparation of scientific papers (on Stud.IP)
    General literature Fundamentals of business administration and economics
    Basic literature to introduce each topic The students are provided with 1 - 3 sources and a short description of the topic.
    Methodology Production theory, household theory, trade models, interpretation of econometric models, meta-analysis
