How can students be taught basic economics and important key skills such as project management, teamwork and presentation techniques? Young researchers at the Faculty of Economics and Management have dedicated themselves to this goal.

The Institute for Environmental Economics and World Trade is participating in this year's YES! - Young Economic Summit. The project provides students with a common platform and the tools to develop solutions to economic, environmental and social problems. The young people take responsibility, are the voice of the next generation and discuss the global challenges of the present and future.

Prof. Dr. Ulrike Grote comments: "Sustainability issues particularly affect the young generation. The IUW team is therefore looking forward to working with students to find solutions to urgent social, economic and environmental problems and thus contribute to a major transformation towards sustainability."
