Umwandlung von Lebensmittelabfällen in wertschöpfende Produkte in Deutschland und Hongkong: Entwicklung solarbetriebener, CO₂-neutraler Technologien, Machbarkeitsanalyse und politische ImplikationenDas Projekt untersucht das Potenzial solarbetriebener thermochemischer Prozesse zur Umwandlung von Lebensmittelabfällen in wertschöpfende Produkte wie Wasserstoff und Methanol. Im Mittelpunkt steht eine umfassende Analyse dieser innovativen Technologie, die optimale Prozessauslegungen, die techno-ökonomische Machbarkeit, Umweltwirkungen, die Identifikation relevanter Stakeholder sowie die Ableitung politischer Handlungsempfehlungen umfasst. Die Analyse wird in zwei unterschiedlichen Regionen durchgeführt, Hongkong und Hannover, die jeweils spezifische Rahmenbedingungen und Herausforderungen der Lebensmittelabfallverwertung aufweisen. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse beider Fallstudien sollen maßgeschneiderte Empfehlungen für lokale Akteur:innen in den jeweiligen Regionen entwickelt werden.Leitung: Apl. Solidarity during the Covid-19 Outbreak: Evidence from Experimental Survey from VietnamThe Covid 19 pandemic has massively damaged human lives in many aspects. Apart from fatal damages and massive welfare losses, the pandemic also causes many societal issues, i.e., conflicts and inequality among and within different communities.
